Dreissigacker 2013 Riesling Brut

This is a blend of single sites Heilig-Kreuz in Bechtheim and Rothenstein in Westhofen. The grapes are pre-harvested as a means to calculate the aromas and sugars of each block and are then fermented for this sekt. Naturally, because the grapes are picked earlier, they have higher acid content. This wine spends a minimum of 12 months on the lees, 15% of which is aged in oak.
