Leitz 2015 Berg Kaisersteinfels Riesling "Terrassen" Grosses Gewächs

Kaisersteinfels lies just beneath the tree line at the highest peak of the Rüdesheimer Berg, overlooking the confluence of the Nahe and Rhine Rivers. This is always the last of the Grosse Lage parcels to ripen. With 12 grams of residual sugar, this wine is not classified as a "GG" but rather as "Grosse Lage." This is arguably the most filigreed, tense and outwardly delicious wine in the grand cru lineup.
