Dreissigacker 2014 Organic Riesling
This is partly estate fruit from the Heilig Kreuz site in Bechtheim and part purchased (organic) fruit from friends and neighbors. It is fermented in 100% stainless steel and exudes aromatics of peach, tarragon and what seems to be a signature scent from this estate, caraway seed. It is a fairly full-bodied, dry wine at the entry level for Dreissigacker.
