Element Winery 2014 Cabernet Franc

This is the “biggest” wine of the range in terms of body, but it is deftly balanced and elegant. It was spontaneously fermented and aged for 24 months in neutral French puncheons. The palate is juicy—and a touch leafy—with some firmer tannins, and it is structured (even mineral), and it develops with a silky and firm length.
