Domaine La Colombe 2017 Brez (Chasselas)
The vineyard of Brez is a slope that contains pebbly, calcerous marl soils and vines above 40 years in age. The rockier, limestone influence often produces a wine that is more linear than that from Petit Clos, but equally as giving. Similarly, this wine is fermented with native yeasts in cool stainless steel, and then aged on its lees in stainless steel.
