Domaine La Colombe 2016 Gamay "Vaud"
This isn't a bright, forward gamay noir; instead it's darker and meatier. Maceration lasted about 20 days with 60% whole cluster.
Aromas of black currants, smoked meats and mountain herbs are present with slightly tannic grip on the palate.
