Weingut Gross 2017 "Jakobi" Sauvignon Blanc
This sauvignon blanc is cool and fresh and full of fragrance: elder and green peppers, star fruit and lemon peel. Grape selection was done entirely by hand, was fully destemmed, underwent a short maceration, followed by a gentle press cycle. Fermentation was slow and temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks, where it remained for five months on the fine lees.
