Jean-René Germanier 2017 Dôle "Balavaud" Grand Cru

This wine is a blend of gamay noir and pinot noir. Grapes macerated for 5 days before fermentation began in stainless steel, where the wine remained for 8 months. It is a silky, full-bodied, fruity wine with a subtly tannic finish.
