Untermoserhof 2018 Lagrein DOC

This lagrein is 100 % destemmed after which fermentation takes place in big stainless steel for roughly 15 days. Pump overs are conducted twice a day until the must is nearly dry, in attempt to softly extract tannic structure. The wine is then racked into 2500L oak barrels where it remains for 8 months.
