Eudes 2019 "Milleottocentoquaranta" Etna Rosso DOC
The Eudes rosso “Milleottocentoquaranta” is an impressive expression of terroir, composed of 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio from 120-130 year old vines grown on Monte Gorna’s sandy volcanic soils at approximately 750 meters above sea level. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation and malolactic in tank where it rests for 18 months before going into bottle for 12 months. Mille Ottocento Quaranta translates to 1840.
