The terroir imprint here is more calcareous than the Brut Noir which includes terroirs with more sand. Composed of 40% pinot noir, 45% chardonnay and 20% pinot meunier, the wine is fermented in 80% stainless and 20% neutral oak. After 3 months of elevage in barrel the wine spends another 3-4 months in stainless before it is blended with 40% reserve wine and aged en tirage for 7 years.
