Dr. Heger 2020 Ihringer Winklerberg Spatburgunder Erste Lage
This Erste Lage seamlessly bridges the Tuniberg and the Winklerberg GG in its flavor, complexity and structure. This pinot was fermented in stainless steel after which it was racked by way of gravity into barriques. Ripe raspberry and bing cherry dictate the mid-palate and the tannins are subtly integrated.
