Knebel 2015 Riesling "Von den Terrassen"

This is a blend of grapes from the Hamm, Brückstück, Röttgen and Uhlen vineyards, displaying the entire soil complement of the Terraces: red slate, grey slate, blue slate, quartzite and sandstone. It has a very appealing sponti aroma with horseradish, sharp fruit, ginger and peach.
