Knebel 2015 Riesling

The 2014 was the first vintage of this "bread and butter" dry riesling from Matthias. The 2014 was sourced from his parcels in the Terraces, but also from a friend further upstream in Leiwen. The 2015 is all from the Terraces and there is a difference, as it’s more of a Knebel wine at its core. The wine shows red apple, grapefruit, spice and a leesy chewiness.
