Leitz Eins Zwei Zero

Rheingau | Germany

In addition to revitalizing the Rheingau—particularly the Rüdesheimer Berg—Josi Leitz has raised the bar for non-alcoholic wines. His Eins Zwei Zero range maintains both a sense of place and varietal character without the use of additives, thanks to the gentle process of vacuum distillation—an historic method conveniently pioneered in Leitz’s own village of Rüdesheim over a century ago. Through his commitment to quality winemaking and refinement of this dealcoholization process, Eins Zwei Zero has become a leading name in the non-alcoholic wine category.

Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Zero Point Five Pinot Noir Can

The Zero pinot noir is grown entirely in Germany’s most famous region for the grape, Baden. This part of southern Germany is perfectly suited for grape growing, with the most average sunshine and least rainfall in the whole country. Pinot noir has been grown here for centuries and Leitz is pleased to work with the co-op in the Kaiserstuhl region to source this authentic and distinctive wine. It is aged in cask and gently distilled to keep the varietal and regional character.
