Dreissigacker 2017 Organic Riesling trocken
This is partly estate fruit from the Heilig Kreuz site in Bechtheim and part purchased (organic) fruit from friends and neighbors. It is fermented in 100% stainless steel, with extended lees aging, and exudes aromatics of peach, tarragon and what seems to be a signature scent from this estate, caraway seed. It is a fairly full-bodied, dry wine at the entry level for Dreissigacker.
