Dreissigacker 2018 Organic Riesling trocken
This is partly estate fruit from the Heilig Kreuz site in Bechtheim and part purchased (organic) fruit from friends and neighbors. It is fermented in 100% stainless steel, with extended lees aging. It is a fairly full-bodied, dry wine at the entry level for Dreissigacker.
