R. Pouillon & fils Réserve Brut
This is a blend of crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings. Its assemblage is 65% pinot noir, 20% pinot meunier, and 15% chardonnay. 85% is fermented in tank, 15% in oak. This is richly textured and silky, displaying aromas of lemon grass, strawberry and brioche.
