Yann Alexandre 2013 Sous-les-Roses Blanc de Noirs
Sous les Roses is a coveted site in the winery’s home village of Courmas which has shallow soils rich in calcareous-clay, a perfectly suited terroir for the expression of Blanc de Noirs. The wine is composed of 60% pinot noir and 40% pinot meunier, fermented and aged 3 months in oak barrels before it spends an additional 3-4 months in stainless and 5 years en tirage with natural cork.
