Franzen 2018 Bremmer Calmont Riesling trocken
The Bremmer Calmont is the steepest vineyard in the world and the soil is oxidized red Devonian slate with veins of quartzite. This is spontaneously fermented and then aged for a minimum of 9 months in stainless steel and like all Franzen dry wines, it undergoes malolactic.
