Jean-René Germanier 2017 VESPAE Gamay de Bovernier

Formerly known as VESPAE Gamay "Balavaud," this gamay noir hails from the granite soils of the right bank of the Dranse, at an altitude of 650 meters. It was macerated for 4 days before fermentation began in stainless steel, where it remained for 6 months. This wine is fine yet powerful with beautiful spice and plenty of fruit.
